Design Process Rocketeer Typeface

My development to this projected consisted of reaching the De Stijl movement and reading through the Manifesto to create the imagery and type. Once I played out my design onto the pages, I used justify to make the text fit with the design and not so much just on top of the design to create the designs you see above. Happy with the turn out, definitely helped getting Professor Fender's advice on how to make the type fit more in with the design.

Here is my Rough Draft work previews of my Booklet. Talking with Professor Fender, I will be working to incorporate my text better into the theme of the design in a more proper way.

Project 1: Booklet Complete

Here are photographs from my first project of Advanced Typography. We made booklets of stories from the collections in Project Gutenberg. I focused on an old style type look with the font "Old Style" and keeping its imagery. Enjoy!
